The Walmart in Flowood Mississippi has really slacked off on the customer service! Forcing you to go to self checkouts by keeping only 3 to 4 checkout lines open! Workers and Associates of Walmart always in the middle of the grocery aisles! And have an attitude when you as the customer say excuse me it's like you interrupted them from doing their job! Where has the customer service gone now days this is absolutely ridiculous!
went to the optical dept. Lazy woman, don't waste your time go across the street to 2000 vision. Walmart does not care what you want they have so many rules til you have to take it or leave it so I left. Refused to ship glasses to my home. 2000 vision had no problem. I just paid 7 dollars.
I got so claustrophobic in this store. You are on top of other customers, employees...merchandise. The grocery section is extremely limited and signage is pretty broad. Took me a while to find the Asian food section or I should say shelf. I will pass on this store next time.
Auto Center is great, had to get a tire replaced, was in and out in 10 mins, rest of store is as expected, employees are scarce, 3 of 20 registers open at any given time, the usual
