I wanted to replace my fuel filter on the tractor and went in to get it and the first time they sold me the wrong filter. I went back with the filter I was trying to replace and yet again they sold me the wrong filter. I overlooked these first two mistakes and went back hoping they would finally give me the right filter. I explained to them that the filter they sold me did not fit because my original filter was made of paper on one end and metal on the top; and the sock filter they gave me was metal on both ends.
I in turn called Mikes Tractors in Brookhaven MS; got the right filter (Paper filter) and the Mahindra is up and running again.
Dishonest people that will never get my business again. Spent $56.00 to have my trimmer repaired. The man said they cleaned the carb in the ultrasonic cleaner. Got home and trimmer ran great. Next day, trimmer won't start again, which was the original problem. Removed carb and found it had never been removed from the motor and was caked with dirt. Bought new carb and installed and all is working great. Don't waste your money here!!
I would not buy a Tractor or any other product from the "Tractor Store" because once they make the big sell your own your own.
Very deceptive on bad boy mower, warranty. Only have 50 hours on my new mower that I paid over $6k for and learning very little is covered under warranty at all. Gary Jolly really talked up the warranty that I'm learning is barely about worth the paper it was written on. When I told Mr Jolly he should be ashamed of himself he just shrugged his shoulders. Shop is rude and EXTREMELY over priced! Not a very good experience here. I would not recommend to any one.
This place sucks at customer service. They absolutely don't have their ducks in a row when it comes to communication with the customer. Plus the employees here don't seem to care either. They are there just to get a check and go home. They left me in the dark on the repairs for my lawnmower for days until it was time to pay then I heard from them. Couldn't never get them on the phone before the job was done to check on things. Oh and the mechanic liked to take days off too so that took longer, guess they only hired one.
I thought they had fair prices
I didn't get the lady name that owned the place but she was super nice as well. I would definitely do business with them again
I will admit I am no mechanic but i know that metal filter would not conform to fit in place of the paper filter. They acted like I was a total idiot and were not helpful telling me that the metal was the filter to use. My frustration was amusing to them.
Nathan the parts guy was super friendly, helped me with all my parts I needed. Even allowing me to text him pictures to help explain what I needed since I was from out of town oh and even answered some questions on the different mowers they carry .
The owner and the two employees that work the desk at the "Tractor Store" in Richland MS are absolutely worthless,unprofessional, arrogant, and not focused on customer service. I purchased a Mahindra 2538 from them in December of 2016 and everything was good until I needed to get a part for the Tractor.
