He then sucked his teeth at me through the phone and sighed like a little kid, asking how much toilet paper am I putting in it.

I came in my room on my second night stay and my shopping bag full of dry goods off my truck was missing. I called to the front desk and was told the manager would contact me.
The next morning I called down and ask why I was t contacted when he came in?! He stated why would I call you when house keeping isn't here yet.
How spiteful!!! $&@$:))/&@ is all I have to say.
I was very pleased with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its overall value for money and service.
Later that day he calls me saying house keeping found the bag but it's just trash in it! Ok well where is the things originally in it!!! Fine accident I can except that!

Hotel stay was great. Friendly staff, very helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Fantastic bargain.
First room was nice upstairs, smell was good. Second room main floor had a moldy smell but it is Mississippi and Ive delt with this type of smell since i arrived here. Did find drain flies in bottom floor room. Customer service was excellent its just a older building, the area i feel has more of an impact on the maintenance of the building rather then staff. I only gave 3 stars due to smell and drain flies. Without those two problems it would be getting 5 stars.
I stayed the Quality that was a commutation by my job. I was recommend here in place of Super 8 was told it was better.
He was very helpful in assisting me in room services, cab bookings or any other requests even not related to Hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable in the new place. Room was well equipped, very neat, spacious, comfortable, clean, and stylish with excellent service. The room service was very prompt and perfect. All the staff members we spoke with were very nice.
So then I proceed to tell him fine, I will wait but your toilet has over flowed again.
Nice room, comfy bed. The innkeeper was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to help me upon my arrival.
So I went down stairs to finish that conversation with him as he continuously interrupted me while I was talking.
The first thing that impressed me was the beautiful ambience of the hotel. The manager of the Quality Inn Mr Kevin was most friendly, helpful and good hearted. He received me with all love and took good care.
But what really pissed me off was the fact that when I was walking back from having dinner at one of the neighboring restaurants. He took my bag and placed it on the curb by the hotel in my path to getting back to my room!
