They got my order wrong, then the cashier told me I was wrong. The food was good and hot.
Food was excellent, service was good. Just a little slow
I waited in line for 25 minutes after my order was placed. The tacos were fresh but it doesn't outweigh the wait time. I've been served faster at a sit down Mexican restaurant. Very disgruntled employees as well. Very unfriendly.
Terrible service. We were driving south and stopped here for a quick lunch. Two of us walked a few buildings down to mcdonalds while everyone else ordered taco bell. After about 20 minutes the mcdonalds people were back with food and stories of poor/slow service and we were still waiting. When we noticed that a group that came in after us was eating we asked the taco bell manager where our order was and she acted surprised that we didnt have our food yet as the order was not on the board. She then asked us what we ordered and determined that our order was cleared and never started. She did not offer any recompense except to begin right away to make our order. We declined, got a refund, left and vowed never to stop in Richland Mississippi again if we could help it.
Wow! After waiting over 15 minutes to get to the window we waited another 10 sitting waiting on someone to come to the window. We quickly noticed there was only 2 workers on a SATURDAY evening. It took well over 30 mins to get our food while they focused only on the customers inside. I noticed our order sitting ready by the window for a long time before we finally got it. So after 45 mins we realized we paid for an order that was not ours. Charged almost $20 but we ordered a $5 box. Had to wait to get our money back.
