Great food and the customer service was excellent from the manager and the other staff. Very friendly and Inviting.
Brother and I went and decided to get the Buffett. Bad mistake! We had 30 minutes until the buffet closed and they never added anything. It was so bad that it was funny. I will chalk this one up for experience and never come back!
I wish I could convince this crew to work with me. With people like this on staff you can't go wrong.
The food, once you get it is hot and delicious. However we're on vacation stopped in on our way to Gulf Shores, they only had 2 people working and nothing was ready we waited 1 hour, then they had no butter no jelly no honey. Stopped in again today, they had 3 workers, we only had to wait 20 minutes and they still no butter jelly or honey. It's not the workers fought they were kind! I felt sorry for them!

When we walked in we were greeted with a genuine smile from Ashonna and "Welcome to KFC. How ya'll doing?"We walked over to the counter where the guys, Samuel and Arnedral, greeted us with a happy faces and kind words. I commented to them how EVERYBODY was so cheerful. The response was,"We are happy people!" It was a warm welcome and fabulous service. The food was great and Asera made sure we were taken care of.
I love Kentucky Fried Chicken so shame Pearl don't have one
