Came in at 9AM because I was referred by a local business that I work for. I was promptly taken care of by Carla, for two rock chip repairs and was quoted $29.50 per repair, as seen on the invoice that I signed off on prior to the repair being done. After the repair, it turned out only one of the two needed to be repaired, because one was already repaired, so I only needed one, right? Wrong. I was told by the man behind the counter (Carla was gone from the office) that it was $49 for first repair, then $10 for each additional. Well, that's not what I was quoted, nor is it what I signed off on. YOUR BUSINESS' MISTAKE, not mine. I should pay for services rendered, at an agreed ON PAPER, price. When I reached Carla back, she said my price was supposed to be $29.50, but the man would not honor it. So I spoke with him, and he said "Sorry our system itemized it like that", and charged me $49.00. Told him I would make sure none of our work gets sent there, and he promptly told me "Y'all don't send any business here anyways, so why are we even talking?" A $20 difference is an amount I could care less about, its the principle that you didn't honor what was quoted, and agreed upon by YOU, and the customer. I Should not have paid.
