Absolutely the Best.., just had my maintenance done Fri 1/27/17, but I've been a faithful customer since 2007,and have been nothing but pleased w/service, and Danny's wife is the best,(receptionist) very friendly to EVERYONE...I wouldn't trust anyone else w/my Lexus. Danny is honest, reasonable,and has a very strong Christian based character..

They have impressed me so mamy times I take great pride in writing a review on them. When the repair on my car was desperate and potentialy dangerous, they put me ahead of a two week back log of customers and fixed the problem so not to endanger me. Also they check and found a factory recall that the dealer didn't even know about.....saved me money. They could have gone ahead and repaired the problem and I would have paid them but they found the recall and got the car towed to the dealer for a free repair! Unbelievable!!! Integrity.....that's what it's all about!
Happy Sunday to all:) First let me begin by saying "GOD is "Awesome," albeit I am not one to condense my freedom of speech...but I'll try very hard to not give a dissertation. My vehicle had been out of commission since April 17, 2016, my daughters 22nd birthday:( ( transmission shot)...I called the lexus dealership in Jackson, Ms, not a settling and convincing feeling of true compassion and dedication from the folks, but pretty stiff prices w/o a diagnoses yet. So I had it towed to a suppose to be reputable business, 2 weeks later took the initial down payment, the estimate somehow jumped to an additional whopping $2,000.00. Paid this company their fee for towing and storage, Immediately paid a towing service to have it towed back to my home. Yes I blew money I did not have like a ceiling fan. I stifled myself (stopped myself from acting on an emotion), prayed hard, did my work and found 'INTEGRITY AUTOMOTIVE" :) , I called a few days later, explained everything to Mrs. Angie...she in turn referenced me to the OWNERS, Mr. Charles and Mr. Daniels... I asked if they worked on transmissions. They said no, I am a very persistent person, and God gave me just the right atonement at the right time, and they listened and agreed to do it. These people are Spiritual mechanics, Incredulous,heaven sent, compassionate, professional, honest and so, so reliable. My vehicle is running better than ever ...and guess what? They are detailed oriented like myself, and gave a very accurate diagnosis of other minor repairs I'll need, nothing immediately. But they were profoundly on key, with the same issues I noticed....but they gave it a name. Let me tell you something I am very cynical of people now a days, (meaning distrustful of human sincerity and INTEGRITY) that name "INTEGRITY" alone stands for what they REPRESENT, my suggestion is to anyone that has the vehicle they provide service for/ or not...listen up! it would behove you to take it to Integrity.
