I called them, explained that I am from out of town and having starter problems. They told me to bring in and they would work me in, I arrived at noon, they worked as soon as employees came back from lunch. They took the starter apart, checked everything and I was on my way with no charge since they found nothing wrong. I can't say enough about friendly honest people. I highly recommend Neelys.
They fixed the wire damage to my Prius done by rodents for a fraction of the cost the dealership wanted to charge to replace my wire harness.
